Xander and I baked chocolate chip cookies for Santa - on our new cookie sheets (thank you Ms. Jeri!). Santa requested chocolate chip cookies when Xander saw him at school - said that they are his favorite:).
The kids wrote their messages on their Santa plates "Dear Santa, I hope you like the cookies. Mikaela."
We put out our cookies and a coke (an old Dodson tradition - Santa needs some caffeine to do his route! ....they put his picture on the can for a reason!).
Tommy read "Twas the Night Before Christmas" (a Thrailkill tradition) and we tucked in the tired kiddos!
